  Arthur Kennedy, the command and administrative procedure comes into play first before you punish an employee who breaks the law, and policemen and women fall into that category because they are employees of the state. Former President John Kufuor said that corruption is old as Adam and sending his ministers to court for corruption will collapse his government. Arthur Kennedy it is on record that the former NDC ministers that Kufuor through a partisan judiciary sentenced to various terms of imprisonment were no imprisoned for corrupt practices, but for negligence, to wit causing financial lost to the state, meaning that they did not gain in anyway from those contracts.
  President John Mahama can not leave his office to go to the court to file charges of corruption against any person that is the work of attorney general that he appointed, just like the president does not make arrest, but through the police, that we shall say through the IGP who delegate his duties to others.
  John Dramani Mahama is fighting corruption and that is been done through covert and overt means to expose those who are corrupt and there are many instances to show and also there are a lot of cases in court involving people in various aspects of human endeavour.
