An English Professor by the name Kwame Okoampa-Ahoofe went for a consultation at a hospital in New York. The reason for the visit was that retarded Okoampa-Ahoofe wanted to have a lobotomy performed on him because his mental illness was becoming uncontrollable and causing him to act in a dangerously deranged and evil manner every day. Tests were conducted on the retarded Okoampa-Ahoofe, and the doctored was forced to convey the difficult news to Okoampa-Ahoofe. the doctor informed Okoampa-Ahoofe that his mental illness had progressed to a point where no lobotomy would be of any help to him. Retarded Okoampa-Ahoofe walked away from the hospital, with dejection now added to his frustration, leaving him a more evil and ignorant hate monger.

When retarded Okoampa-Ahoofe made it home, he had to disclose to his family that the hospital made it clear that his lunacy has progressed a point of salvage. No sooner had he finished pouring out his heart than the phone rang. The caller was the elephant-riding flagbearer Akufo-Addo for whom retarded Okoampa-Ahoofe has been peddling falsehoods and messages of hate. Akufo-Addo called to complain that some Ghanaians were calling him names such as "clueless, incompetent, monumental failure, flim-flam, serial loser, ugly pigmy", to name a few, and he wanted to know if retarded Okoampa=Ahoofe could get into his deranged attack mode and finish off these name-callers with some of his deceptions an serial lies. Retarded Okoampa-Ahoofe fumed and replied that he was not in the mood for that, noting that his doctor had just given him some bad news about his mental health. When the phone conversation ended, retarded Okoampa-SAhoofe stared at the picture of his hero, the demented evil Adolf Hitler, and shook his head in the manner of a dazed lunatic.
