  It is time we establish Charter Schools in Ghana. Group of parents, dedicated teachers, and community members get together to start their own school, with rigorous curricula & programmes approved by the ministry of education. ...

  It is time we establish Charter Schools in Ghana. Group of parents, dedicated teachers, and community members get together to start their own school, with rigorous curricula & programmes approved by the ministry of education. Charter schools would bring much needed choice in educating our young people.
