One need no qualification in Electrical Engineering before occupying that position.Any rational human being who can reason can be a board member of any company.Dr. Richard Anane is a medical doctor but was the longest serving road minister in Kuffour's government,Prof. Ameyaw Ekumfi is zoologist but was a minister of ports, harbours and railways,madam Gloria Akuffo is a lawyer but was a minister of Aviation in Kuffour's government.Those were ministers and not even board members though their respective professions have nothing to do with the ministerial positions they occupied.
