  Frank Benneh and Nayele Adeladza were arrested by NDC and through its cooperation with the British anti-drug services. NDC did not protect Benneh whom I know was my 2nd IC. He was protected by NPP when it was in power. Amoteng was keep on parliamentary pay for months when he was arrested and being tried in the U.S. by NPP government lead by Kufuor.
