  Sheikh, can you explain why food is stored against fasting and why indeed people donate food to muslims when they are supposed to stay away from food and why muslim eat more during fasting than when they are not fasting?

  Wal you need to understand that the month of Ramadan is a set aside for good deeds ,forgiveness and repentance. It is a month Almighty God showers his blessings on the faithful. Giving out food to our fellow Muslims who are in need is a noble gesture which Christians and other people should emulate. Is it not noble for u Christians to give out to the needy on Christmas and easter days. Where lies your faith and love for your neighbour when you are well fed whilst your neighbour goes hungry? Will Jess do that? Be a practicing Christian.
