  Charlotte Osei is working against her own wish and the wish of the people of Ghana. Deep inside her heart, she does not like what she is doing. The people pushing her to do what she is doing is John Mahama, Asiedu Nketsia, Ekua Donkor, etc etc. She has to wake up from her 'sleep' and do what is right.

  I am not a lawyer but need to know if a lower court or the DRRC can sit on a matter as per the existimg applicable laws of deletion of names from the electoral roll follimg a complaint or challenge by registered voter since the Apex Court had already ruled on that? If I have to challenge a NHIS Card registrants on the basis of unconstitutionality can any such bodies make s determination? Again is there any provision under the existing applicable laws to delete NHIS card registrants or allow people whose names have been duly removed from the roll to be relgistered back for the same elections? Ghanaians deserve better from our state institutions than these punctuations.
