  The average Ghanaian doesn't spend $5-10k on a funeral. You're using very loose math and numbers for your premise. I can't even take this article seriously after that.

  He made an effort for you to understand the enviromental condition in Ghana. Truly, the author is a supersonic town planner.Dust kills more than malaria. His solutions are skilled.It is only a weak government that cannot fight dust to spare our people from most of our asmathic diseases. Thanks for putting a torch-light ,calling governments on their responsibility. Ghana is Dust.

  Your dreadful response to such a sensible article shows how shallow and daft you are. As a kid, growing up in the western region of Ghana, I was amazed as to how "green and verdant" even pristine that part of Ghana used to be. I first travelled to Paga in 1975 on a school excursion and I was horrified to see the impact of "desertification". Greedy timber contractors such as Kuffour of Nkawie, Briscoe, and Glicksten timber company have now destroyed that "Amazon Forest" part of western region with their corporate recklessness. My beloved region is now a shadow of its former "green and pleasant self". How dare you write such a senseless comment and call your "Idiotic Self" Final Boss?

  Thanks you sir, I pray to God Almighty that this appeal will be noticed and taken up by not only the president but all others leaders in the country including chiefs. Every space in Ghana is being allocated for contruction of houses without consideration to other vital human development needs such as open spaces parks, waste disposal among others.
