  Our attitude is the the problem not the major. I grew up mostly in Accra and Kumasi and at the age of 58years don't tell me I don't know how Accra was and Accra now.

  Asempaye, I fully agree with your comments regarding the role played by residents in filling with the Gutters. However, the current (& previous), Mayor of Accra, have promised to get to grips with this annual problem of floods and have failed to do so. The responsibility for dealing with the floods in Accra lies with the Mayor of Accra,and therefore, he must be held accountable.
