My light just went off this morning at latebiokoshie. I called ECG control and was told light will return 6 pm. When I enquired why I was told was request from Gridco . I have international exams today 12 pm. Because I did not know this, I scheduled an international exams today noon. The system is on daily basis making some of us question whether government means well for us.
