  Kwame,many thanks for your thoughtful article.Democracy is only guaranteed when the opposition in parliament are able to hold the ruling government's feet to the fire.It has been a week or more since these allegations surfaced,yet the opposition party has not mounted a convincing argument to take the president to task.Instead we hear off comments from questionable individuals with no sting in their bite.What an outrage? Where is the opposition's voice here representing the down trodden? I can only assume the deafening silence is due to fears what is in their closets might be exposed if they speak too loudly.This is my outrage!

Interestingly enough, clueless Akufo-Addo was part of that Parliament and also a Minister in the Kufuor administration.
