ARE YOU A SANITARY ENGINEER? WE DO NOT NEED TO BOTHER THE PUBLIC WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF STORM WATER DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION TO MITIGATE FLOODING. I AM SURE THERE ARE ENGINEERS IN GHANA WITH EQUAL EXPERTISE AS YOU. THE SOLUTION OF FLOODING IN GHANA IS COMPLEX AND THE SOLUTION IS NOT THAT STRAIGHT FORWARD. THIS IS NOT A SMALL TASK. IT IS ONE THING HAVING THE SCIENTIFIC EXPERTISE AND ANOTHER TO CONVINCE THE POWERS THAT BE HOW TO SOLVE FLOODING IN GHANA. WE GOT IT WRONG IN THE FIRST PLACE AND AS I WROTE ELSEWHERE, WE MIGHT TRY TO MITIGATE WHAT WE DID WRONG. IT WILL REQUIRE GOING BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD AND START FROM SCRATCH. TIME AND SUPPORT WITH ENOGH RESOURCES WILL BE NEEDED. DO YOU THINK THE POWERS IN CHARGE HAVE NEVER BEEN TOLD BEFORE HOW TO SOLVE THIS FLOODING IN GHANA? I PRAY YOU WOULD BE CONSULTED TO SOLVE FLOODING IN GHANA ESPECIALLY ACCRA THE CAPITAL CITY. I WILL SUPPORT YOUR SUCCESS.

What does "God's design" have to do with provision of catchment areas as one solution to control of seasonal flooding?
