  Lets look at it at this angle
  Any thing given to the Nation no tax has to be paid on it.
  Now this car tax tax were paid on it so what does that mean.
  The fact that it is part of the presidential pool does not make sense to me. I want to belief that he took the gift personally and also gave it as a gift to the country that is what it means if tax has been paid on it.
  There are still other issue that makes the whole thing conflict of interest and corruption.
