Apart from Passport or National ID card,any form of national identification is bogus and unconstitutional.I totally agree with the Supreme Court that NHIS Card is not a national identification document.In this same logic,a driving license is also a professional document,it is just like the NHIS Card.Then,it doesn't make sense at all to allow 2 ordinary people to guarantee for somebody to register,what makes the difference from the NHIS?I am saying the SC ruling is bogus because Abu Ramadan was not able to provide any evidence that some foreigners indeed registered with the NHIS Cards and voted in 2012.You cannot pass judgement by mere speculations.Thank you.

If the supreme court wants to fair, then it must cancel the Talensi, Amenfi West, Abuakwa north bye elections and the pending bye elections because NHIS cards were used to vote. Backward thinking of supreme court

The perception that Commonwealth citizens are allowed to vote in the UK as some people wants us to understand is wrong.Only Commonwealth citizens with permits(Leave to Remain in the UK)can take part.These are people with indefinite stay permits and are more or less seen as UK citizens.This is different from those with (Leave to enter the UK) permits who chose to remain as illegals.It is therefore not true that any Commonwealth citizen can vote in the UK.Which country will allow illegals to determine its fate?.

In any advance democracy where people use their brains to reason, it is only citizens of that country vote in their election. My friend, a Chinese sage once said that "there are cure for all ailments but no cure for being stupid". "Unquote". Your attempt to twist facts shows clearly who you are, where you came from and where you are heading.
Ghana is not a country where people were bussed in to repopulate it. When the Whites came, there were many indigenous tribes who are the citizens and these are the people who by law, are supposed to vote and elect a leader. Go to the US and upon getting their "green card" you cannot vote till you become a citizen and the question is why?
