For koku anyidoho to insult the Apex Court of the land because he is the PRO of the Electoral Commission should be condemned.

You guys need to understand that the SC in every country does not write or makes laws. They interpret the law or check its constitutionality when it is passed by the Parliament or the Executive. This SC should refrain interfering in the day to day management of the EC. This means micromanagement of the executive. Election is the jurisdiction of the executive. US SC made that mistake in 2000 during Bush vs Gore by declaring Bush as winner instead of looking at the constitutionality of the ballot (GH 2012 Election Petition) and they have lost legitimacy in the eye of half of American population. The unforeseen long-term consequence of what is in GhSC is that the coming governments in Gh will start packing the SC with their tinted Judges for a payback to micro-manage EC and win election for them, thus SC will lose their independence/impartiality.
We all are aware how deeply the judiciary is corrupt in our GH. Like the French will say "A bon attendeur, Salut": Wait and See. That is my humble contribution.

Besides being ambivalent about western democratic institutions, many blacks like this bozo, Koku Anyidoho, are predisposed to utmost stupidity and backwardness, exhibiting lack of gumption in our outlook. Never in all my years in academia has anyone lashed out on the Supreme Court of the land. But this is happening in godforsaken Ghana.

This is the type of person the irresponsible and daft John Mahama must sanction to send a message the fools in government who have no regard for our institutions. But I will not hold my breath.
