Why should the deletion of the names of foreigners be anybodies headache? I can't just comprehend this idiocy. What is the beef of Bokor and his criminally minded paymaster if they really think they can win elections without foreigners? I swear with my last bottom dollar that neither the intransigent Lady EC Chair, nor those foreigners who are so burnt to destroy Ghana could withstand the fury of the masses. They will be eliminated before their wicked machinations see the light of day. We cannot sit down for Atpkamis, Togolese-Trokosis and Moshie-Wangaras to choose any incompetent Bribe Taker as a president for Ghana. Nobody is ready to go to Courts again - food for Bokor and his useless band of mischievous entities.

Dr Bokor I guess comprehension of our constitution is not your forte or you are just being mischievous ?
The three branches of government: Presidency, Parliament and Supreme Court are supreme to the status of the Electorial Commission. The EC status in our democratic dispensation is inferior to that of the three branches thus their independence has bound as to how they execute their role per the constitution. They can't just what suits their fancy if we want peace .Refrees are independent but bad officiating can bring riots at stadiums.
The next time something happens to the presidency ask Charlotte Osei to act as the President of Ghana instead of the Speaker of Paliament or the Chief Justice if she independent and can do what she pleases?
You like big mouth( drunk) Anyidoho and ms Attivor are the reason others describe us Ewes as inward looking. Thank God most of the Ewe elite are intellectually honest and are fair minded.
I grant you your card carrying membership of the NDC. The Supreme Court will defend you for free association . But blind and crass political abuse of our superior institution like Supreme Court because you have a platform for free expression is infantile of you. It is this same court that gave you and your party 4 years of incompetent governance , corruption and propaganda that have made life difficult for us all. Even the NDC founder has attested to this fact of general hardship for Ghanaians
Am glad our kinfolks in Eweland in Ghana are beginning to see the fallacy of the so called electoral World Bank hegemony for the NDC.
Being fair and balanced in your discourse may help our democratic dispensation that allows you the freedom to express your stupidity. But there must be Justice!

The Supreme Court is not above the laws of Ghana. They cannot stampede the EC into doing the bidding of certain political interest. The Constitution of the land guarantees the independence of the EC on how it does its work. No person or any other c body can interfere in the work of the EC, and neither can they order it to act in a certain way. I think the noble judges have lost their way, and if any person or organ is to create confusion and chaos in this country, it will be the miscalculation of the Supreme Court and those NPP surrogates who are bent on winning power by all means, and at all cost. Our judges must tread cautiously, and must not allow their biases cloud their reasoning. Let them not think that it is only one group which is making noise and thus influencing their decisions that can do so. The other side can be more noisy and difficult to contain if it comes to the crunch. Let no one be deceived. The judges do not love Ghana more than any other Ghanaians do. A word to the wise must be enough at this point. We pause to await the pronouncements of July 5. God bless our homeland Ghana.

Question?:What do you and the NDC fear or worry about a credible voters register? Do we assume all who registered with NHIS cards are NDC voters?
If so then there is something rotten with the voters register. If political competition is based on flawed rules and processes the country would be worse off for it.
No wonder the current government flaunts laws with impunity. We cannot even collect Woyome's fraudulently secured judgement debt , even though the Supreme Court has ruled there was no legal basis for the judgment debt.?
When people loose confidence in constitutional institutions revolt results. EC and the NDC seem to be creating combustible perceptions.

Dr Micheal Bokor mat have his misgivings. But you need to remember that it was the same supreme Court that finally settled the issue of who won the 2012 elections. At that time not even EC complained of interference with its work. What is so different today? And all the Supreme Court is saying is that the EC obey it's lawful orders arising out of an interpretation issue brought before the court against the EC. The orders were never made in a vacuum. And the do not take away the EC 's independence over its administrative and/or electoral functions. But you are complaining. When THE EL chair described petitions from a segment of the interstellar parties as "love letters" did you find it wrong and highly inappropriate? No because that is what you wanted to hear. Borkor, you don't seem to understand the politics in Ghana. NDC won the last elections not because they form the majority in Ghana. NPP has far more voters than NDC. The only reason NDC won was because they were able to fraudulently infiltrate the voters register with foreigners and other non citizens using the NHIS cards, and also bribing NPP polling agents to sign off on nonexistent votes. If NPP are able to plug these holes, there's no way NDC can win. NDC folks is definitely aware of this and that's why they are fighting tooth and nail to avoid leveling the playing field with NPP.

President mahama himself is the problem. He does not heed to advise surrounding himself with the usual sycophants and bootlickers misleading him into the abyss. Most of the NPP gurus occupying key positions in public institutions today lobbied and bribed their way through because of bad nuts in the Mahama Government who are purely interested in making money. Unprecedented corruption and poor governance largely have to do with Anti government forces who want to see him out of power. When Jerry Rawlings advised him to cleanse the system for his own good he misinterpreted that as undemocratic and unconstitutional. Multiparty Democracy will always be a failed venture in Africa because we have a peculiar problem. It is strictly politico tribal rather than issue based where some ethnic groups presume superiority and heir apparent to the presidential thrown.Nkrumah himself suffered it with the elite supremacist rule broken by the advent of PDC rule that fortunately pave the way for 2 northerners, the most despised, discriminated, disrespected and marginalized ethnic group in the country .Overt anger against a Mahama victory in 2012 saw northerners suffer various degrees of victimization and abuse including subtle dismissals from public institutions in clear cases of political and tribal persecution. Undoubtedly the northern elite for lack of wisdom and common sense will always have a problem ruling this country because we will always play into the hands of those who don't see as fit for the presidency. Limann was brutally betrayed by his fellow northern brothers out of petty jealousy and nag for self destruction. Happenings in the current Mahama Government is not different with cronyism, sycophancy, hypocrisy, backbiting, backstabbing and character assassination very much a common future of this government by greedy, opportunistic and self centered individuals who don't mean well for the president and the NDC as the ruling party other than their pockets . President Mahama rather have too many ears and eyes on the ground but unfortunately he hears and sees the wrong message all the time from self centered money making cohorts who have formed a strong condone around him with a strong sense of false security. Truth said, President Mahama did not fashion strong governing structures by allowing pro-npp in most public institutions and government agencies deliberately sabotaging his efforts and significantly contributing to the economic hardship and corruption that has become a Swan song. Nevertheless, the biggest threat to a Mahama victory is not the other arms of government like the judiciary and parliament or the naked sabotage in public institutions by anti-government forces. The biggest threat has to do with infiltrators and opportunists who are killing grassroots enthusiasm of party loyalists for their parochial interest. Multitudes who have worked for a Mahama victory have been dumped or victimized by the same party they campaigned and supported into Power. One thing often ignored by this regime is the fact that the NDC has a revolutionary antecedent with support of many neutral moderates who are not card bearing members. Indeed they don't have to pretend to be party loyalists merely by possessing NDC ID cards for contracts, jobs and other opportunities only to disappear into oblivion or metamorphosed into NPP members when the party loses power. That is why the president must encourage unity rather division for those pretending to be 'Mahama Loyalists' will be his Waterloo with emphasis on his own tribe mates or so-called northern brothers not to suffer the fate of Dr. Hilla limann. It is not by sheer coincidence Dr. Edward Mahama is talking about 'Arab Spring' style in Ghana. The hardship is real. It is only the president's praise singers who will not accept this hard fact because of their narrow parochial interest. I fully agree with many who believe the president is a good man but surrounded by bad people plunging the country and leading him into the abyss with ill advise and misinformation.
