  That is the approach in the UK; it works to provide training for youngsters and to generate entrepreneurs to enhance economic development of the UK. Small business centres are created throughout the UK.

  Private sector participation in the UK is not as a result of government failure to provide under its obligation to the ste and people of the United Kingdom. It is embarked as a means of enhancing creating even more opportunities for the people of the United Kingdom.
  
  You see the problem with the likes of you is that you hit the ground with titles and support baseless issues without the proper grasp of issues.
  
  This is basic and you cannot even get it. The economy is a mess and no investors are prepared to sink their money into a cesspool.
  
  The government has to first create a solid foundation in the economy, which inturn will create investor confidence and then private sector investment. The government has failed to do this, instead selling all the assets of state, siphoning funds into non-essential pursuits, destroying monitoring structures and encouraging or allowing the rise and emergence of the toxic economy that we see now.
  
  Do not start me off because aside the obvious lack or otherwise of the truth, nothing is more irritating than an embellished individual who comes out with notions such as you have right here, quoting and making references which are clearly not comparable.
  
  This mess can be cleaned by anyone other that those tha created it. The government has to be changed, the loot recovered and the right systems put in place to repair the damage.
  
  Stand down.
