And don't let Bawumia use any pinksheet calculator to count factories that were built by CPP and later resurrected by the NPP, after the NPP realized that it could not duplicate the work of the CPP.

  There are many reasons why those with money who troop to Ghana to invest don't do so at the moment. Factories take huge money, management personnel, electric power etc to succeed.
  
  We must not let our love for partisan politics blind us into defending empty promises by candidates. We should rather ask the right questions. I can cite many districts that cannot provide even persons to man up a factory in such a district if even we had the money to blow.

  Districts are clearly different from Regions. Do you expect each cocoa district to have a cocoa factory? seriously, each district in the Northern region to have smock factory?
