The simple answer to your question is, do you have any proof that they are thieves? If you do, then reveal it; if not then shut up. Secondly, how do you expect Voltarians and people from the three northern regions and even the Greater Accra region to vote for someone who says they are second-class citizens who should not aspire to rule the country because there are no resources in those regions? We have been living a nightmare since 1966 when the fore-parents of the NPP, UP/UGCC/matemeho clowns, solicited and got help from outside agents to succeed at the 1966 coup. I do not have to remind even people with short memories or those full of ignorance that we live this delusional freedoms care off UP/UGCC/matemeho and NPP day dreams.

We, as Ghanaians, cannot claim we hated communism and yet consume more goods and take more financial aid from China and Russia neither can we say we hate dictatorship and lived some 19 years under Rawlings and 8 more years under Kufour. We cannot say we hate preferences under Nkrumah and yet tolerated a Kufour government that governed every bit a dictator and a monarch over ignorant saps who see him as the best leader. We cannot say we are free in Ghana and yet complain about government if our new found freedoms were real. To be free is to better our lives and lives of those we care about and that,editors of Daily Guide, is not happening in Ghana because the UP/UGCC/matemeho and NPP were sold a bill of goods and promises only idiots with classroom education but full of ignorance will buy.

There is no true democratic nation on this our earth which has had a change in government via foreign agitators and sponsors; not one. Democratic wannabe nations have all failed, continues to fail because no nation can buy democracy or transplant democracy. It has not happened even in Israel, and will never happen anywhere. You earn your freedom by being self-sufficient and not reliant on hand out from others; Nkrumah tried to let us grab that understanding but he failed because of block headed opposition crowd. We came to be where we are because Kotoka, Afrifa and the leaders of the 1966 coup including Busia were bought and paid for; we live in a failed democracy. We live like rats and crabs in Ghana the complete opposite of communism and yet call it the best democracy Sub Sahara Africa has to offer. It is not the current government that is the problem, Daily Guide, but life that we have built since 1966. Fundamentals of democracy will not survive or thrive with an ignorant media the way we do in Ghana where tribes and political party truths become realities. Its about time the Daily Guide and other media outlets get real and learn to be independent and a source of information, true and pure, not pushers of trash from political parties.

Judging by some of the comments posted here, however, some are going to be fooled all the time, and they deserve it because they are fools, but hopefully their number will be dwarfed by those who will refuse to be fooled a second time. As George Bush has famously said: "Mahama fooled Ghanaians once, and it is a shame on him, but to fool Ghanaians twice....no, he can't fool Ghanaians again!"
