  No, society doesn't paint all women with one brush. Agyapong's statement has been condemned by many people in Ghana - men as well as women. This shows society does not endorse his view.
  
  Moreover, only Agyapong can make such a statement - a statement that reveals more about him (Agyapong) than about women in our society.
  
  Is there really the need to write such a lengthy treatise to "reveal" to us that women can achieve in our society through genuine effort?
  
  Most Ghanaians know of many women who have achieved success through genuine effort. Our society still discriminates against women and our women have the potential to reach even higher than they have now. We know that. Is there any need to belabour the point?

  Yes we must talk about injustice until it is no more. Should we not talk about the negativeimpacts of tribalism and racism because not everyone is a racsist or tribalist? You reason like my white friends who profess lack of racial bias but won't invite me to functions where I would be the lone black face? We must be-labor the issue and talk openly about it. We cannot be ostriches because it not comfortable.

I have had also female boss even in the military who did not earn her position on merit, but thru the power of her ass

  What we have in Ghana since the rise of NPP and NDC is a level of mediocrity brought on by tribal bigotry, moral bankruptcy and tolerance of hypocrisy to want to look at wealth as synonymous to intellect or wisdom. Why are Ghanaians afraid of Kennedy Agyapong? No one can point to a legislation authored by Kennedy Agyapong neither could anyone point to an article written or published by Ken Agyapong that brings enlightened people to a table. On what basis does he have the gull to question the competency of others? I used to see a lorry pass through my hometown in the Central region with a sign that read "Travel and see"; people will just have to travel to Assin Fosu to understand how Kennedy Agyapong could become ignorant and love it in a sea of frightened poor souls.

  Ghana is govern by constitution and all appoint should be follow according to the constitution but EC boss appointment was not base on the constitution.The president flaw the constitution and hand pick her instead of counsel of state for vetting but she was not vet and the job was handed to her on a silver platter for sex benefits.Since you the writers did not include the constitutional requirement or guide to appoint EC boss your article is nonsense.Folks remember you are educating the readers and providing information so leaving the constitution out of politics is disgraceful and confusing people to become ignorant of civic duties.

Give me any woman used by ndc who has passed the mark of corruption with the exception of Dr. Doreen Owusu Fianko who maama thought was too genuine to join his looting brigade. I will also commend Gina Apoh for now as genuine. Benyiwa Doe killed her husband in Lagos and mills brought her with the diplomatic bag. This bitch said all sort of nonsense about Kuffour and NPP only for her to come to power and built mansions at Legon within one year in power. Anita sasu, the least said about her the better. What has this bitch not said about Kennedy Agyapong on radio? The fact is, NPP guys are too law abiding and nkrakye/nwuraba sem dodo. Let mahama tell us how he hand picked this bitch without consulting even the council of state? You better stop disturbing the sleeping dog cos some of us know better than Kennedy Agyapong koraa.   Look, I have spoken to other women, but no one seems disturbed. What they say is her behavior and stubbornness attracted the comment. Question: Is ken right! Morally I think he is wrong, absolutely wrong. But legally speaking until charlotte proofs otherwise in court, most people given the drama surrounding her appointment believes ken has genuine evidence.

  Bravo !, Morrison and Anyomi for such an excellent positive article. Yes , I hope we can someday soon reach the " I have a dream" moment when our daughters successes and achievements in all works of live would be viewed as based on merit and not based on their feminine charms or sexual favors but based on intellect , determination , competence and hard work.
  Our women themselves must showcase their merit based successes to serve as models for our young. Previledged habits are difficult to remove.
  May God bless you both for your thoughtful contribution on this issue of female dignity in our society.
