  Clueless Serial Loser Akufo-Addo is not a factory builder, just a party wrecker. Major Afrifa, the UP, and NPP refused to revive the factories built in the CPP era, leaving them to rot. When they finally realized that they could not build new factories, they proceeded to rehabilitate some of the factories, but the time had done so much damage to many of the factories.
