  To quote Kofi Amoabin: "This maze of debt among VRA, TOR and ECG must be addressed so that the new revenue does not go to paying down old debt and keeping us in the ‘throwing good money after bad syndrome.’" The VRA, TOR and ECG need to make their financial statements public, rather than providing pieces of information. The financial statements would show that these three enterprises do not have any cash flow and are surely bankrupt.
