  The audacity to submit that fabricated figures by the criminally minded commissioners at the EC who are up to this obvious mischief to subvert the will of the people by trying every means to rig the coming election for Mahama and NDC is just amazing.
  
  How the Supreme Court allowed itself to be insulted by the submission of such senseless figure to that court is just beyond disbelief.
  
  
  Of all the means of identification to register to vote, the NHIS Card was the most prevalent and widely used.
  
  
  For anyone to even suggest let alone submit as a fact to the Supreme Count that out of the total registered voter population of 14 million only 56000 used NHIS card constitutes the most undignified insult to one's rationality and intelligence
