You are very right, Esi. The idea of putting ink in the hair to destroy ballots of opponents started in 1992 by the NDC, a criminal act which would latter be replicated by Afriyie Ankrah on Lagoon Campus during SRC elections. ...

The idea of putting ink in the hair to destroy ballots of opponents started in 1992 by the NDC, a criminal act which would latter be replicated by Afriyie Ankrah on Lagoon Campus during SRC elections. Npp must open and shine their eyes this time round, for these criminals who have now graduated into the so called Old Evil Dwarfs are still in town.
