About 99.9% of the so-called "experts roaming the corridors of Ghana DO NOT HAVE the necessary EXPERIENCE AND PRACTICE in the fields the call themselves experts in?
It is like Ghanaian pastor giving themselves titles - Archbishop, Bishop, Prophet, etc.,
For example, where did JD MAHAMA practice his communication skills prior to him being described as a communication expert? Putting English sentences together or your ability to speak/express yourself in English doesn't make you a communication otherwise all native English speakers will be communication experts.
In Ghana and Africa we prefer paper qualifications to practising a piece of skill to acquire expertise. That is why performance, execution of tasks and implementation have eluded us in Ghana.
