  This is a very interesting story. Can you please tell me the following:
  
  1] How much do you pay monthly for assessments as the chargeon houses is what goes towards maintaining the community (a form of tax)?
  
  2] How is the charge? i.e. is it the residents that set the charge?
  
  
  3] Are there instances of people not paying their regulat contributions and if so what does the Association (or its management board) do?
  
  4] What is security like? What is the level of maintenance of roads and other public places like?
