  I disagree with this writer's attempt to make sense out of the sentence construction relative to verbosity. The writer wants to do away with the relative adjectival clause "where he is always happy" in the second sentence, because living in a comfortable house implies happiness. One could live in comfortable home and yet be unhappy. To describe the occupant's emotional state you still need that adjective in the second sentence.

  So this guy doesn't have anything productive to write about except wasting our time on trying to prove how good he is in English grammar? He doesn't make sense and he is not an expert as he probably wants the whole world to know. Nobody can be "100%" good at anything, especially an English language considered to be one of the most difficult in the world of languages. Give me a break! Ghanaians waste time on unnecessary things.
