  The NDC is most likely to pass the RTI bill during the lame duck session and in the likely situation that they have lost the November 7, 2016 election.
  
  It is very clear from their foot dragging that they don't want any prying eyes into their corruption and mismanagement which will inure to the benefit of the opposition NPP. And yet the same NDC would want to draw out the inner workings of the NPP, should the NPP win the next elections.
  
  So to say it is safe to say the NDC would pass the RTI as a going out last red eye gift to the NPP in the same spirit the NPP passed the single spine salary bill on their way out back in 2008. Just something to bug you. That is how exiting gov't set up incoming gov't in intractable quagmire.

  Everyone should have to share the blame for the law been stalled. Politicians will never pass this law,even some civil servants. Politicians by themselves would never tackle corruption. Civil society and non governmental orga ...

  Everyone should have to share the blame for the law been stalled. Politicians will never pass this law,even some civil servants. Politicians by themselves would never tackle corruption. Civil society and non governmental organizations must mobilize the people and put pressure on government to pass the law.
