The first quality of a good leader is his choice of ppl he selects to help him manage affairs.Second is how principle the leaders is and his ability to punish those helping him to manage.Has Mahama got these NO.

Kuffour took Ghana into HIPIC,(Highly Indebted Poor Country)programms where all our debts were written off.There was this New World Order and Special package by George Bush to help Africa.Many donor countries helped Ghana by funding social intervention programms in Ghana.By the year 2007,Ghana discovered oïl and commodity prices were very competetive in the world market.Prof.Mills took over the mantle of leadership in 2008 where he moved Ghana into the Lower Middle Status between 2011 and 2012 with a historic growth of GDP 14%.On the contrary,there was a global recession from 2007 that affected the donor countries most.From 2013,Ghana has suffered a terrible shock and a serious set back due to geopolitical factors.For example,the donor countries have reduced drastically funding,commodity prices have fallen drastically in the world market.Some have curtailed supporting us completely.Ghana must survive by going to the International Financial Institutions alone to look for loans. This is where Mahama have shown transformational leadership skill to adopt the "home grown policy".Comparatively,Nana Addo and other political leaders are not even aware of the global circumstances.They think Ghana is a very rich country and can afford the luxury of overspending.They don't see the logic of Prez Mahama soliciting a technical backing from the IMF to sustain the home grown economic policy.Thank you.

Mahama is simply not a LEADER.His presence as president is to ROBB our MONEY.He has no IDEAS and no SKILLS. Good at only USING WOMEN.
