A new voter register is the answer to all problems confronting EC. The 3 million voters hidden in the computer is the reason why the EC is very adamant to a new register. Charlotte Osei wants to help Mahama win the election. NPP should use all avenues to clear this huddle. Gentility on the side of NPP is the cause of the EC always manipulating to favor NDC.
