Why don't you talk to the Netherlands government to give you some space in their prisons as they don't have enough prisoners for their prison facilities.

Why don't you talk to the Netherlands government to give you some space in their prisons as they don't have enough prisoners for their prison facilities.
You export a few prisoners every month to them , that can help you to decongest the prisons, and probably earn some foreign money for the country.

It's really sad that such a thing is happening in the country at this modern era, just imagine an 18 year boy found in possession of cannabis(wee)and is sentenced to 10 years imprisonment, why, meanwhile in most of the advance countries no one goes to jail for such a thing.
