After reading any article from J.K. Bokor I only ask myself how a Ph.D degree is awarded in the United States of America.
Can any entity or non-entity at all simply acquire a Ph.D in the States?

Elections have been held for years on the date that you want to change with no problems whatsoever. Then all of a sudden someone wantsit moved foward quickly, insistently and nothing rings a bell in head that something is wrong here.
Charlotte wanted to hold the election with a bloated register until she was dragged to court.
The Police Chief wants to block communications for the public during the election for no reason. He has to be dragged to court to show him that he does not have that authority,
There are other clandestine and illegal activities which need to be dealt with step by step. Those planning these things can see the NPP family and all good Ghanaians acting together to fight them, so they need to speed things up.
The time needed for a handover is not a good enough reason to want to shift a date which has been working well for years. It is nonsense especially now that all the nations money has been looted and the coffers are empty.
Money is till being doled out by Charlotte to buy a stolen logo instead of cleaning a register and the Police Chief is going to waste some more paying for social media to be blocked and yet again Charlotte comes again and wants to waste more money to reprint all the stationery that will be used for the certified election date while moving all the illegal activities that nay be carried out forward.

Secondly the foundamental right to vote cannot be used to endorse fraud because such an act is unlawful. If such a fraud is determined in an area to an extent that will make an outcome unreliable the law allows votes to be set aside.
How do you know someone is citizen if he cannot be verified. The verification systems is intended to capture most voters in the first instance. The fingerprint capture is only intended to validate the information already held. In cases of failure, authentication can be ascertained by questioning the individual on data held; age, place of birth etc. The involvement of party agents in the verification is lawful as they act as witnesses to ensure that any verification process is done correctly.
The register has to be cleaned by Charlotte ASAP and verification should be be top priority so that numbers are not swelled up to influence the outcome of the election.
Let us not forget what is at stake here. The NDCs take is that the attempt to clean the register is an attempt to disenfranchise their voters, but to the NPP it is a drive to weed out people who should not vote, period. They are not concerned about the leanings of those individuals whether NPP or NDC, If you are not allowed to vote, your name should not be in the register and if it is you should not be allowed to vote simply because your name is in the register.
