  Improving lecturers' pay/salaries and conditions of staff may help attract permanent academic staff on university campuses, and impact positively on the amount of lecture and tutorial time.
  
  Perhaps, the universities focus on teaching quality, especially the quality of undergraduate teaching in Ghana. There're too many poorly-performing lecturers.
