  The only problem with this contempt case is that the sc has over hyped it with so much conflicting interest and expectations which will not satisfy anybody and rather leave the judiciary vulnerable as they keep moving the goal post.
  
  Of course one will want them to apply the law as it stands by asking the culprits to purge themselves of the contempt with an apology.Going beyond that will be vindictive and espose the sc to accusation of political manipulations especially with sir john's case in mind.

  Issuing threats is not part of Freedom of Speech, in fact, issuing threat is a criminal offence punishable by a hefty fine or a long prison sentence.

  Issuing threats is not part of Freedom of Speech, in fact, issuing threat is a criminal offence punishable by a hefty fine or a long prison sentence.
  
  My hope is that the judge hearing the case will impose a hefty fine, large enough to render the Montie Radio station bankrupt. The judge hearing the case must use these buffoons as an example to get Montie Radio station out of business. The station's host, Mugabe, should be banned from the broadcasting industry for a period not less than 5 years.
  
  But for the dimwits and idiots who made the threat, they should each get not less than 10 years in prison to serve as a deterrent to the primitive and backward Ghanaian who has no regard for our institutions. Anything less would be a travesty of justice, and the judges would have themselves to blame.
  
  In all my of my 55 years and counting, it is only in the primitive and backward godforsaken Ghana that idiots and buffoons go on the airwaves to threaten the most learned men and women of our society. We do not call these learned men and women Your Worship, Honourable, or Your Lordship for nothing. These are the most distinguished men and women who serve as pillars of our democracy. Every country that I know on earth, hold Supreme Court Justices in very high esteem except primitive and backward Ghana, a country bereft of common sense but steeped in stupidity and buffoonery.
  
  I can't wait to see the sentencing of these idiots on Thursday. We all must work hard to protect our democratic institutions, otherwise idiots and primitive elements in society like Koku Anyidoho, Kennedy Agyapong, and these three bastards, plus Montie station would derail the gains we have achieved so far.
