  In a country where innocent judges had been once murdered in cold blood and then others are threatened with same what do you suppose can be done.
  And remenber the murder of the innocent judges were committed by the 'parent' of the same Party whose poor handmaidens went threatening other judges in public.
  Furthermore Justice Akuffo was right to sit in judgement because the threat carried specifc mention of judges among whom her name was not.

  Ghanaians, let’s be honest and reflective in our approach to these mad politics in Ghana. These supreme judges have really benefited under NDC government more than ever before. Before later they came to power, these judges were rewarded handsomely by bribery and now they are about to leave office, again the hands of the NDC’s are got again this time by force to pay out before their exit. The best supreme judges in the whole wide world (www), who knows how to tax the NDC’s illegally and legally. Chop time again judges, I raise my hand in salute, sir.
  
  See how many of your brood hooligans took to the streets on demonstration to support further violence. This is a proof of the NDC membership credential, ex-convicts, murderers, thieves, tugs, peddlers, hooligans, corruptors, nation wreckers and the lot. See if you meet anyone abroad who is not achieving and have any links to this party, they will tell you they are leaving for Ghana to join it, ever asked why? I have met plenty of such people who belong to this party in high profile, but I will not mention names. There are also the aspirants who are trying hard to win a seat with credentials that no other party in Ghana will select.
  
  There are some high profiles in the NDC that NPP would not even give them a janitor supervisor job because they will not qualify. Seriously guys I am not lying. That’s why they cannot do anything constructive, so ask yourself if you are put in a job situation that you are clueless about, what would you do? You have to do what pleases the bosses, join in and help them to steal also. Inflate the cost of unnecessary projects to the tone of 10x and more. I know Ghanaian’s are stupid but are they that gullible? A party that started on violence would also end in violence. Many have enriched themselves with this party, from the leadership to the grassroots. They are now multi billionaires at the detriment of our nation and the few wise guys have to sit down quietly for the majority of fools to rule. It’s usually the opposite but not in Ghana, the fools have to dictate to the wise and no wonder there is pandemonium everywhere.

  The Supreme Court was too unfair with the irresponsible political bigots called "montie 3". Their utterances were very nonsensical.Those guys deserved about a year imprisonment, so as to serve as a strong deterrent to others.

  I am very disappointed in this bloke who wanted to president. Those who make arguments against the Supreme Court for conflict of interest are misguided and irresponsible to say the least. They are ignorant, and in fact oblivious of the procedural approach of the rule of law.
  
  The Supreme Court is the highest court of the land, and adjudicates cases of the constitutionality of our criminal and civil laws. If the two idiots and their host use Muntie FM as a platform to denigrate and bring the court into disrepute, a) who does the court turn to for the adjudication as it is the highest court of the land? b)Why shouldn't the owners of Muntie FM be held in contempt - if you drive a motor vehicle and it kills someone, will the owner of the vehicle go free?
  
  The Supreme Court is justified by all accounts to adjudicate its own case as a plaintiff, because judges are in a fraternity and no matter how anyone looks at it, a judge would have to sit in the adjudication procedure, except the fools who are accusing the judges of conflict of interest want the corrupt politicians to adjudicate the case of Muntie. Besides, an appeal by the respondents would certainly end up in the Supreme Court, so what is the point?
  
  I have never heard from Azar, who stars himself as a lawyer, and all others who accuse the Supreme Court of conflict of interest present a better approach for the Supreme Court to handle the case against Muntie FM.
  
  What these fools don't appreciate is that, our democratic stronghold depends on our democratic institutions such as the Supreme Court of Ghana, EC, Parliament, etc., etc. Dimwits like Kennedy Agyapong, Koku Anyidoho, and the Muntie FM hooligans and their paymasters who assail these institutions instantly become threats to our freedom and must be dealt with very harshly. Majority of the Ghanaian population are very crude and unrefined and it is the more reason the country must pay more attention to these primitive and backward people in our society.

  Kwabena don't you realise that the language you have used for those who disagree with the role the Supreme Court has played in this case is very crude to say the least.If you believe that the Supreme Court was right to sit on the case you can express your views in a more civilized way.I strongly believe that the Supreme Court should not have sat on the case but I will not heap insults on those who disagree with me.Why is that Ghanaians have grown so intolerant to views contrary to theirs?We must learn to be civil and tolerant to those who disagree with us.I am fully convinced that the Supreme Court has set a precedent which does not augur well for the execution of justice in Ghana.I will however not heap insults on those who disagree with me.Let us learn to be tolerant.

I gave my reason in support of the Court's action, but if you say the Court has set a bad precedent, I would like to hear from you what alternate approach the Court could have taken.
  
  This is not about tolerance or intolerance of other peoples views; our country is at war with ignorance and utter stupidity. Our democratic institutions are being assailed by people with primitive and backward inclination. When you condemn the action of a properly constituted democratic institution without offering a better approach you leave yourself up for attack from those of us who are principled and want to preserve our democratic gains.
  
  It is this incendiary attacks (not difference of opinion) on our democratic institutions that today these idiots and buffoons can mount the airwaves to threaten to kill the most distinguished elements of our society. Point out to me what better approach the Court should have taken, and I will apologize to all and sundry for my comments.
