The writer told us the need why the three people had to be arrested which no Ghanaian got a problem with that, and it should haven' t been written here. _The two problems most Ghanaians have now are: 1. why the sentence is too harsh perhaps it should have been in some days or weeks but not months? 2. whether it is appropriate for the president to pardon them? However nothing in this article talks about these two issues. You have a good heading but immaterial content within.

Did the NPP not belittle the Justices of the Ghana Supreme Court when the 2012 election result ruling came down against them? Why is it okay to advocate killing of Ghanaians for reasons of party or tribal affiliations but not okay to threathen the Justices?
President Mahama has a more legal standing to invoke article 72 than at any other time when our very legal system is being scammed by the Justices who chose to be prosecutors, jurors and judges of their own case? Get going on your folly and leave thinking to others Rockson Adofo.

As I have maintained all along in the matter of Muntie 3 and their paymasters, and their diabolical attempt to malign a properly constituted democratic institution, the Judiciary, it is unintelligent and indeed fatuous for these educated-illiterates (idiots) to accuse the Judiciary for conflict of interest, without informing the exasperated public the proper approach the Supreme Court could have adopted. If Kwaku Asare (Azar) proclaims full knowledge of the law and process of law, he should be kind enough to advise the nation the proper approach in the matter of law the judges should have taken.
When these educated-illiterates (idiots) say the Supreme Court cannot be a player and at the same time an umpire, and cannot preside over its own case, yes, that may be true and even the dumbest person on the street understand that. But what does the intelligent Kwaku Asare (Azar) suggests the Supreme Court does, since the Supreme Court is the sole arbiter of all disputes in the land. The Supreme Court cannot defer the case to a lower court for adjudication since judges are a fraternity, and an attack on the Chief Justice and Supreme Court Justices is an attack on all judges, besides an appeal would eventually end up in the Supreme Court anyway. So, what do Kwaku Asare and his bunch of yahoo followers suggest the Supreme Court handles these treasonable motherfuckers?
As I have said many times, we are at war with ignorance and utter stupidity in this country, and come hell or high water, we will do whatever it takes to ensure that our democratic institutions do not fall into the hands of these primitive and backward elements in society.
