The corrupt Mahama-led NDC govt have to be removed from the seat of the presidency before it's too late! Mahama is a bogus president who cannot keep his promises; everything he says he can't accomplish, everything he touches becomes a failure! Mahama is clueless and incompetent and must get out before Ghanaians get angry.

This article is very misleading. Any vote cast on the basis of looks and dumsor alone will be a vote ill-placed. Dumsor may be worse now, but it is not exactly a new phenomenon in this country. We have been having power off for one reason or the other for a long time now. Just go to Ghanaweb archived news of September 4, 2006 and scroll down to "Ghana plunges into darkness." That isn't the only instance. There are other supporting instances strewn in Ghanaweb archived news if one cares to look.

The problem with our leaders and politicians is them not having the spine to tell Ghanaians the facts instead of the usual "I'll fix Dumsor" syndrome. Yes, may be you can, but how? Truth may be a bitter pill for some people to swallow and may not gain political dividends but hey...May be it is time for us to take a look at our energy situation this way: we are stuck unless we boldly start embracing green energy to supplement our hydro and fossil-fuelled power plants.
