  From the the first paragraph of this article was intriguing but then I found out that it could be one of those party surrogate: What is ntriging was that the writer refers to American Statue of Liberty and its responsibility : aren't the same liberty of freedom that allowing Ken Agyarpong exercising to Attach great women of Ghana Hasn't Ken Agyapong guided by freedom of Liberty that comes with responsibly But rather attach EC chair without caution: Dothose ministers signing petition not exercising their freedom of Liberty .. What part of constitutional that bars the ministers to exercise their right of Liberty.what kind of hypocrisy is this.. Are we lost of our minds.. Folks: let us be bipartisan politicians that can help our nation

  Justice Lee Adoboe this is poverty of legality. The president has exercise his discretion on many occasions by not signing the death penalty of those on death roll. He has also granted amnesty to people who are sentenced for various offenses including murder. R.R. Amponsah and I.C. Quaie were sentenced to death for murdering and maiming school children, but Busia NLC granted them amnesty. The two actually threw bombs, murdered and maimed innocent school children. The two one of them who dead are members of NPP.
