  This is an excellent solution to our electoral problems. But who said the leaders do not know anything about what you listed:
  "Election Monitoring Intelligence Systems (EMIS)
  Election Intelligence(EI)
  Online analytic platform (OLAP),
  Geographical Information Systems (GIS),
  Google Maps, and
  Cloud computing interface."
  This will eliminate RIGGING, their stock-in-trade.
