  Democracy is a process,it keeps growing everyday.The President of the Republic has the right to pardon whoever he wants at any time.That's exactly what the CONSTITUTION SAYS.Unless,you are telling me you don't have respect for the Constitution because it was Prez Mahama's turn.I just can't stop laughing,seeing Nana Addo's conspiracy theory dismantled,shattered and battered.The Montie saga has been a death trap for the Prez Mahama but unfortunately for NPP their trap has failed miserably.Thank you.

The same constitution that gave the SC the power to jail the montie 3 is the same constitution that gave the prez Mahama the power to free them. All presidents in the 4th republic have exercised this constitutional right. Are we saying that bcos the montie 3 are ndc they don't deserve mercy?

  The release of the trio is not a scar on our democracy. The president just exercised the authority vested in him under the law. If any doubts this I think the best way to go is to test the law again. Go to court.....simple, w ...

  Who is this semi-literate called Murtalla Mohammed? This man appears to be thinking upside-down. How does the exercise of the prerogative of mercy render the Judiciary toothless? If it were so, why then do we have article 72 in our constitution? How do we address judicial excesses and dictatorship? By the way, where was this idiot and his ilk when this same president Mahama exercised his prerogative of mercy to free NPP MP Adamu Dramani Sakande who had committed a more serious offence than people whose only offence was exercising their freedom of speech, although they went overboard? At least their comments were not the worse against judges. What about Sir John who asked family members of Supreme Court Justices to go get coffins? What about Kennedy Agyepong who threatened to exterminate whole ethnic groups. You see, Murtalla, the hypocrisy of people like you, if not checked, will surely destroy our democracy, and consequently, the whole country. I hope you are not like most of us who are aware of our fallibility, and therefore pray everyday, hoping that Allah will have mercy on us and forgive our sins. You don't sanction forgiveness for others so I expect you will not seek for, and expect that your sins will be forgiven. You and your fellow NPP people and surrogates are callous, unforgiving, wicked, vindictive and merciless hypocrites who do not deserve the mercy of our creator.
