  Great Britain uses profit made from their lottery games to finance sports especially Olympics.They only started playing lotto in November 1994 and the results have been outstanding. We have been playing lotto in Ghana since early 1960s. Where does the money/profit go? Ghana National Lottery Authority should be revamped as soon as practicable before Tokyo 2020. We were a total disgrace in RIO 2016! Some fat cats are making a fortune out of the lotto profits at the expense of the whole nation.
