  This issue is really a global phenomenon whereby the nature of work has changed substantially.Even in ibdustrialized countries many university graduates cannot find meaningful occupations,or jobs at all.Welcome to the era of giant business conglomerates who have made it difficult to start up new businesses without deep pockets.
