When Telkom was privatized we went through these pains.It is said "the first fool is not a fool" Why do workers STC etc run down their companies(livelihoods) and then when crunch times arrive wake up to reality.This should be a WAKEUP call to all workers in State Enterprises that they need to ensure the VIABILITY as their own livelihoods depend on it .You cannot kill the hen that lays the golden egg . PERIOD

Now that there is going to be jod appraisals, qualification and the competence level of people will be checked we will live to see those who will survive it.
