  Yes the ndc will surely shout on roof tops against any good policy only to turn round for it and mismanage it. We know them and the examples are many. No good policy, they only (CLS) Create, Loot and Share.

  The writer did not know what he was writing about: looking back at existing factories created Dr Nkrumah that are still malfunction, because of raw materials or technical know how, how will you propose one factory one district: what product are you proposing to manufacture,what skills do we have, what are marketing strategy in place , logistics, and others on top of all, what kind of factories bring them up and public discuss if as a Ghana we have technical know to operate. You can't just say one factory one district and looking for vote..it is non-sense
