the money to construct 2000 dams in the north is not a problem at all. Nana can do it. 2000 dams = $600,000,000 which is less that Woyome's money of $958,000,000

$300,000 per one dam multiplied by 2000 =$600,000,000. this figure is less than the $958,000,000 chopped by WOYOME. what about the 10million smarty's bus branding. so the money to construct the dam is not a problem.
