The Paramount Chief of Bawku, Naba Asigiri Azoka Abugrago II, has angrily shot down reports making rounds that he has endorsed the flag bearer of the New Patriotic Party, Nana Addo.

Speaking in an interview on Ahotor 92.3fm political show “Adwenpo” with Kwabena Bobie Ansah, monitored by Ghanapoliticsonline.com, the enraged traditional leader said he has noticed that some political parties are trying to score political points and gains by spreading tales that he has endorsed them but all such claims are bogus and unfounded.

Using Nana Addo’s false endorsement reportage to buttress his case, he said that when the flag bearer visited him on Monday, August 29, he only wished him well; just as he wishes other political parties who pays courtesy calls on him.

He also added that, the issue of endorsement and he critiquing president Mahama’s government never came up when Nana Addo visited him or featured in any way in their dialogues.

“I have not endorsed Nana Addo and any political party. I don’t want to mingle in any political conflict , so I only wish any candidate who visits me well” the Bawku Naba reinforced his stand.

Mills however met his untimely death before he could act on the scandal. Those who didn't want the investigation to come out staged a palace coup, using Atta's health as a cover to murder him. There is no way Mahama could ever have become a president in his lifetime while Atta-Mills lived because he knew how very corrupt Mahama had become. Note that the investigation of Mahama was happening around the same time he was involved with the infamous Burkinabe contractor! Here, the modus operandi was to inflate contracts, with kickbacks paid into untraceable overseas accounts. Not even sure why this contractor went to the trouble of giving a further gift in the form of a car after Mahama had already taken his cut! I'm sure that was in appreciation for the ease with which it took him to secure the contracts that he had thought were impossible to obtain. Reliable news l have indicate that NPP are set to announce a campaign message about investigating the death of Atta-Mills if elected, and presenting the findings to the nation, including the autopsy report that has so far proved elusive from these murderers. There again what does one expect. NDC should intensify their assault on Nana's health as NPP are preparing for the final onslaught on NDC. Vote this murderer and thief out now.

It took them many hrs to travel from wIan so to takoradi. A road which people take less than an hour to travel to tamale .may be we are talking of a different tamale in a different planet

The future leaders of this country should be much worry because of:
1) The high unemployment rate in the country. There is no positive sign of reversing this.
2) The high debt portfolio that this government is leaving for this country is worrying. Who suffers more? It is the youth. They will help pay the interest and finally pay the principal alone. Those who are obtaining the loans today especially the Eurobonds will not be there to pay the principal. So they don't care. I don't care leaders.
Serious corruption in the country. It looks like corruption is a normal thing in Ghana. The corrupt people are rather recognize in society. How can a robber be praised.
