  Much as I respect the views expressed by IMANI on a number of issues, I would like to submit that on reflecting and critiquing Dr Bawumia's lecture, your organisation will have to do more than what you've just done above to convince Ghanaians. Dr Bawumia based his lecture on empiricism and factual presentation. ON INFRUSTRUCTURE, which President Mahama and the NDC keep hyping themselves with, the fact of the matter is that the price of every single project on the ground is far less than the projected cost on paper. Consider the case of the bus re-branding. The projected cost far outstripped the actual cost by nearly 2000%. Yes, two-thousand percent. If we consider that and compare to the amount said to have been spent on the said "KUMASI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT", the only obvious conclusion is that the NDC has completely swindled Ghanaians. Unemployment figures under Mahama's administration are drastically high. On power, Bawumia was spot on. There was complete lack of commonsensical approach in the various contracts approved on behalf of Ghana. Your analysis suggests that Dr Bawumia tweaked the figures to suit his political expediency, but the truth of the matter is that all economic indicators show that Ghana is worse off under this NDC government than experienced under NPP. Mahama and his appointees are so clueless, corrupt an incompetent to the extend that unless they are voted out, Ghana will be in crisis.

Mahama and the NDC are so desperate to hang on to power that they are paying exorbitantly either for mere public endorsement like the John Dumelo and Mzbel stupidity or their are pleading and buying off influential public figures like to the Rev Martey to hold their silence. IMANI are now bedfellows with the likes of vacillating Kwesi Pratt
