  Okoampah is just a demented and deranged dishonest intellectual. Dr Limann prior to his nomination as the candidate of the PNP was actually preparing to contest as a parliamentary candidate on the ticket of the PNP and not the PFP as the mentally sick Okoampah seeks to portray. The Limann government had ministers and appointees from all over Ghana and not from only the northern part. Unlike what Okoampah is painting none of the appointees of the Limann government was found guilty of any corrupt deeds to date. If he cares to know one of the people who accepted appointment in the Rawling's PNDC was John Agyekum Kufour. In his haste to smear Dr Limann he says Imoru Egala was Limann's inlaw. That is never true. There was no marriage between any members of the two families. Limann's wife Fulera Limann née Yaro hails from Bunkprugu in the northern region whilst Limann hailed from Gwollu in the Upper West Region. In any case it was rather Kufour's Vice President the late Aliu Mahama who was married to the late Imoru Egala's daughter. In fact Dr Bawumiah happens to be married to the immediate past PNC chairman, Alhaji Ahmed Ramadan. Okoampah is a disgrace an an apology to history. In his hatred for Dr Kwame Nkrumah he desperately tries to contort Ghana's history with cancerous lies but no matter his orchestrated and systematic vilifications against the persona of Nkrumah, he still stands larger than life. He is eternal.
