  i see people including Dr. Bawumia citing an article that is not found on any worldbank portal. Media houses publish documents that are unsubstantiated. The latest article be one Sara Johansson of the World bank is "The work of women in Nigeria". A simple check by Dr. Bawumia, Nana Addo and media houses would have shown this.
