  Yes:Customs and Excise should top using the MSRP of vehicles to calculate the duties to be paid. Instead the duty should be based on the REAL value of the vehicle-Kelley Blue Book value. That way Ghanaians will ship more and better vehicles home resulting in higher revenue. R=QxP. High duties based on unrealistic MSRP reduces Quantity shipped and therefore revenue tends to be lower than it should be. No where in the world is MSRP used after value of vehicle has depreciated.
